Aafia Siddiqui, 36, has been arrested on charges that accused her of trying to murder and assault US officers and employees in Afghanistan. Aafia Siddiqui was an ex MIT and Branndeis student. Aafia Siddiqui is a neuroscientist by profession. Aafia Siddiqui has 3 kids now.

Around March 2003, the FBI announced that it was interested to quiz Aafia Siddiqui over her alleged links to Al Qaeda. Aafia Siddiqui went overseas to Karachi to visit her parents. From there, Aafia Siddiqui disappeared.

On August 4, FBI has revealed that Aafia Siddiqui has been arrested in Kabul. Aafia Siddiqui’s lawyer has confirmed this and gave the additional information that Aafia Siddiqui has been injured.
