Helg Sgarbi seduced Susanne Klatten and filmed their sex tape. Sgarbi, 41, is now accused of blackmailing and defrauding Klatten. Sgarbi faces up to 15 years in prison if he is convicted guilty of the charges.

Susanne Klatten is the heiress of BMW automobile manufacturer. Klatten, 46, has around £8.5 billion to her name. Klatten is the richest woman in Germany. Klatten is the 55th richest woman in the world. Forbes Magazine placed Klatten as the 55th richest woman in the world.

Police in Germany said Sgarbi is an experienced predator. In July 2007, Sgarbi met Klatten.Sgarbi told some lies and managed to win over Klatten. Klatten met Sgarbi in Holiday Inn, Room 629. The hotel was in Schwabing district in Munich, Germany. Sgarbi’s accomplice was in Room 630 filming the sex tape of Sgarbi and Klatten.

Klatten lent or gave Sgarbi some money after he lied he was in trouble. When she stopped communicating with Sgarbi, he threatened her with the sex tape. Klatten decided to confess to her husband and seek police help. German police set up a sting operation and caught Sgarbi.

Ernano Barretta is accused of being the accomplice. Barretta denied any involvement. Barretta will be tried in a separate trial. Barretta is the leader of a religious sect. Sgarbi is alleged to be a member of Barretta’s quasi-religious sect. Barretta is alleged to have links with the Italian Mafia.
