Susan Wehle, 55, died in a plane crash on Feb 12 2009. Wehle’s relatives have filed a lawsuit against Pinnacle Airlines Corp, who operated the Continental Connection flight. Wehle’s relatives claimed the airplane had insufficient de-icing equipment and the crew was not well trained.

Susan Wehle’s relatives have named Pinnacle, Continental Airlines, Colgan Air and Bombardier Aerospace in the lawsuit.

The NTSB has not finished their investigations on the cause of the plane crash in Buffalo.
