Surendra Koli & Moninder Singh Pandher: Koli & Pandher sentencing for Rimpa Haldar

The CBI of India requested the Special Court to sentence Surendra Koli to death for the murder and rape of a female teenager, Rimpa Haldar, from Nithari village, India. Moninder Singh Pandher was also convicted for the same offence but the CBI did not speak on the sentencing for him. The background of the case is at the link.
