Suraya Brown, of London, is 14 months old but remains the size of a toddler. Brown has been nicknamed as the “real life baby doll.”

Suraya Brown was born 19 inches tall and weighed 2.6 pounds. After 14 months, Suraya has remained at 19 inches tall. Doctors have done tests to determine if Suraya Brown suffers from dwarfism. Suraya’smother, Atlanta Ruzman, said doctors were puzzled over her daughter’s condition.

Suraya Brown cannot sit up, walk or talk. The hospital had tried tube feeding but Suraya Brown did not gain significant weight.
