Summer ManyWhiteHorses was charged with deliberate homicide. Her son James, died and she placed his body in her car trunk. Summer ManyWhiteHorses told police James died accidentally on May 29.

Summer ManyWhiteHorses was arrested by police for a driving offence. After her release from jail, she did not get her car back. Later, she confessed that James had died and he was in the truck. Police searched and found James’ body
