Stuart Seffern & Deborah Loiselle: Seffern & Loiselle died (photos/video)
By Clarencia Cynrae on January 2nd, 2009Stuart D Seffern, the Dane County chairman of the Wisconsin Libertarian Party, has died. Seffern piloted a plane that crashed in Joliet, Ill. Seffern and his passenger, his companion, Deborah A. Loiselle, 52, were killed on Thur., Jan. 1. Debbie Loiselle ran her friend’s business, Madison Area Carpet Cleaning. Joshua Stabenau, a worker in the business, told the press Stuart Seffern and Debbie Loiselle died in the crash.
Seffern was the president of the Lantzair Flyers Club in Madison, where he lived and worked. Seffern was familiar with the plane that he bought from the Lantzair Flyers Club last month or so. The plane was a Cessna that caught fire at the end of the runway. The plane took off from Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate to determine the cause of the crash.
Stuart D. Seffern’s mother is Billee Seffern-Ludders. She lives in Livingston. Billee Seffern-Ludders is a resident on Staten Island and is active in several Staten Island cultural organizations.
