Takiyah Wonder is the daughter of Stevie Wonder and Syreeta Wright.

Syreeta Wright was best known as Syreeta. Her albums were recorded under the name Syreeta. She was born Rita Wright. Syreeta started her singing career in 1968. She received very modest success.

Rita “Syreeta” Wright married Stevie Wonder in 1970. Wright and Wonder collaborated for songs. After their divorce, Wright and Wonder continued to work together. Syreeta Wright later married Curtis Robertson Jr, a drummer.

Syreeta Wright had cancer and died of congestive heart failure due to the side effects of the treatment. Wright left behind 5 children. They are Aisha, Jamal, Hodari, Takiyah, Harmoni. Wright also had grandchildren.

Takiyah Wonder is rumored to be having some personal problems. Ms Wonder was dating Robert from Day 26. There were stories going around that Wonder and Robert were experiencing some trouble in their relationship. The latest gossip said Takiyah Wonder has been hospitalized. There were allegations of a suicide attempt. However, the first source that broke the story, MediaTakeOut, has deleted their post. So, we are left to wonder, what really happened?
