Steven Tyler has entered rehab for substance abuse. He had been drug free for the past 20 years until the introduction of new company. Steven Tyler’s friends blamed his girlfriend for his relapse into temporary solutions for his problems.

Steven Tyler checked into the Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena – the site of VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab.” Dr. Drew Pinsky, is Las Encinas’ drug counselor.

Two years ago, Teresa Tyler, Steven Tyler’s wife, left him ofr a younger man who worked as a handyman. Steven Tyler then got together with Erin Brady.

Brady, an ex-Clear Channel tour accountant, lived a life of rock and roll. In December 2007, she fought with a tribal VIP’s daughter at the Florida Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Steven Tyler broke up with her after that. It was not long before Steven Tyler and Erin Brady reconciled and got back together again.

Steven Tyler had been through some physical pain. He had throat surgeries, foot surgeries, hepatitis C…

When Steven Tyler and Erin Brady showed up on Opening Day of Fenway park, Steven Tyler appeared unsteady. He sang the national anthem and stood on a wide foot stance. Steven Tyler shocked some of his friends and with a sudden turn, he looked as though he would lose his footing.

A fortnight ago, Steven Tyler participated in a benefit concert for MusicCares’ MAP Fund. This fund helped addicted musicians get into rehab. Steven Tyler sang “Mama Kin” and presented the sober Slash of Guns N’ Roses and Velvet Revolver with an award.

The band, Aerosmith, fired Tim Collins in 1996. He had managed the Boys for 12 years, got all the members off drugs. Under his guidance, Aerosmith became America’s hottest rock band.

The Las Encinas Hospital is where Hollywood Madame” Heidi Fleiss and pop star Aaron Carter were receiving treatment. They would make appearances in VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab” program next month.

Steven Tyler and his ex-wife Teresa have two teenage children, Chelsea, 16, and Taj, 13.

Steven Tyler is also the father of model Mia Tyler, 26, from a previous marriage to Cyrinda Fo. Steven Tyler is father to Liv Tyler, 27, from a previous relationship with Bebe Buell, ex-model and ex-Playboy Playmate of the month.

Liv Tyler’s mom, Bebe Buell told her that Todd  Rundgren was her father until she was forced to admit it.
