Steven LeClair, of Richford, Berlin, Vt, threw away a ticket for the Dec. 24 Tri-State Megabucks lottery and he threw it away accidentally. LeClair had received the ticket as a present from his mother. Two days after the draw, Mrs LeClair, his wife, discovered that the sole winning ticket came from their area, Richford. Steven LeClair went through the trash in their home and found the winning ticket. Now, the LeLairs are $650,000 richer.
