Steven Burky has been accused of stalking Jennifer Garner. Garner alleged that Burky had stalked and harassed her. Garner told how Burky mailed her packages and letters with “delusional and paranoid thought.” Garner claimed Burky stalked her around the States. Garner recounted Burky stalking her since 2002 but said Burky became more and more “obsessive.”

Jennifer Garner said she feared for her safety, her husband Ben Affleck’s well being and her daughter Violet Affleck’s safety too. A judge issued a temporary restraining order on Steven Buurky against Jennifer Garner. The order may become permanent after a hearing sometime in Nov. Steven Burky is Burky is currently under a 5150 psychiatric hold (suicide watch).

Garner’s security staff has said he had seen some of the material Burky sent to Garner. Burky also maintaned a blog where he wrote in “Satanic Panic.”
