Steve Ott, Dallas Stars forward, has been suspended. Ott is accused of trying to injure Travis Moen, of Anaheim Ducks. Ott was accused of trying to injure his opponent. What happened?

Ott had a fight with Moen. Ott has been suspended for gouging Moen’s eye during the fight. The final horn had sounded and Ott and Moen broke out in a fight.

Since Ott was suspended, he had to sit out Sunday’s match. Dallas Stars lost out to Pittsburgh’s team. Ott has been banned from playing until he meets with NHL officials. The NHL will decide how long Ott is to be suspended.
