Steve McNair’s will has not been found. In lieu of a will, Steve McNair’s estate will be administered by his wife, Mechelle McNair. Mechelle McNair, Tyler McNair and Trenton McNair are heirs to McNair’s estate. Ms McNair has two sons from a previous relationship. Davidson County Probate Judge Randy Kennedy gave Ms McNair 60 days to file an inventory of Steve McNair’s assets.
