Updated Sep 22 – Anna Nicole Smith’s computer had stored 3 pictures of Khristine Eroshevich and herself naked and hugging each other in a bath tub. That was inappropriate behavior between a doctor and her patient.

Inside Edition got its hands on a video showing Smith and Dr Sandeep Kapoor. Kapoor was topless without his shirt and he was kissing Smith. That was another instance of inappropriate behavior between a doctor and his patient.

Mar 13 2009 – Howard K Stern, Anna Nicole Smith’s boyfriend, was charged with giving prescription drugs to Smith. Smith’s doctors were Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich. Stern, Kapoor and Eroshevich were each charged with three felony counts of conspiracy. Stern, Kapoor and Eroshevich faced additional charges of fraudulent prescriptions.

Stern allegedly took the prescription medications and administered them to Smith. These prescriptions were given between June 2004 to Jan 2007. Smith died 2 weeks later.

Stern and Kapoor surrendered themselves on Thursday night. Eroshevich will surrender on Monday. Stern and Kapoor have the option of posting bail at $20,000 each.
