Stephanie Pratt, the younger sister of Spencer Pratt, appears in a new trailer for Season 4 of “The Hills.” Stephanie Pratt, 21, had a romantic candlelit dinner with Doug Reinhardt, Lauren Conrad’s baseball player boyfriend.

Stephanie Pratt denied that it was a date. Stephanie Pratt’s excuse was that she sought help in boy advice. Do you believe her?
