Stephanie Cloutier Theodore and Jose Theodore’s infant son, 2 months old, has died. Jose Theodore, a NHL goaltender, plays with the Washington Capitals and his GM has confirmed the news.

Stephanie Cloutier’s sister is Veronique Cloutier, who runs a radio show in Montreal, Canada. Veronique announced the death of her baby nephew on Thursday. No other details were given.

The baby boy who died was Jose Theodore and Stephanie Theodore’s second child. The Theodore couple has an older child; a daughter, Romy Theodore, who is 3 years old.
