Stanley Carter broke into the attic of the neighbor of the house he was staying in as a guest. Carter helped himself to the goods in the house in Wilkes-Barre,Pa. Carter went missing on Dec. 19 from his friend’s house.

Unknown to anybody, Carter accessed the common attic area and broke into the house of Stacy Ferrance, the neighbor of his friend’s house. Stacy Ferrance noticed cash and other items missing from her house and called police. Police used a search dog to locate the presence of Stanley Carter in the attic. Stanley Carter was jailed on Sun., Dec. 28.
