What happened in Stafon Johnson accident? Stafon Johnson’s accident happened in a weight room in school. Johnson, a senior from Dorsey High School, was lifting weights when the bar fell on his neck. Johnson is with USC. He trains with the USC coach. A spotter was with Johnson when he was training with weights but the accident was unexpected as the bar fell down on his neck. Johnson coughed out blood. he was sent to hospital and has undergone emergency surgery.
