Stacy Elizabeth Beshear, of El Segundo, was arrested for stalking Luke Walton, Los Angeles Lakers forward. Stacy Elizabeth Beshear was arrested on Sept. 18 but the news has just been released. Beshear, 34, pleaded not guilty to her charge of stalking. Beshear’s trial has been scheduled on Nov. 6. Beshear will face up to a year in jail if she is found guilty and convicted.

Luke Walton claimed that Beshear had been stalking and harassing him since 2007. Luke Walton told the Orange County register Beshear waited outside is Manhattan Beach house several times and vandalized his car with a marker after he refused to sign an autograph. Walton said Beshear drve up to his house and pulled a fake gun sign at him. Then, Beshear yelled at him. Luke Walton said he yelled back and realized she was not mentally there in her head. Walton said killers were people who weren’t all thee in the head. That incident was probably the last straw which made Walton report it to the police.

Beshear was ordered to keep away from Walton for 3 years. Stacy Beshear was sentenced to 3 years probation, and has to attend weekly counseling sessions for a year.
