Scott Muschany, a St. Louis County Republican, was charged with the felony sexual assault of a female minor, aged 14. Scott Muschany was alleged to have committed the act on May 17 2008.

Scott Muschany was indicted in Jefferson City. Scott Muschany was the co-sponsor for a 2007 bill setting guidelines for how teenagers are tauht about sex. Scott Muschany was booked on deviant sexual assault, a class C felony.
