Tobey Maguire is rumored to be in negotiations for te next sequel to Spiderman. Spiderman 4 has a high chance of being made with Tobey Maguire reprising his role

The word in the industry said Tobey Maguire is a difficult person to work with. The deal on Spiderman 4 is not signed, sealed or delivered yet.

The crew and cast of Spiderman 4:

Sam Raimi will direct on Spiderman 4.
Todd Black is the producer.
Kirsten Dunst will reprise her role as Mary Jane Watson.
