Soulja Boy, aka DeAndre Cortez Way, was arrested and charged with obstruction. Soulja Boy fled from police after being ordered to stop.

Soulja Boy, 19, was arrested on Wed night, Oct 7. Way was jailed briefly but released on Thur after he had his bond posted. Soulja’s bond was $540.

Soulja Boy and about 39 others had gathered outside a home that looked abandoned. Police arrived after someone tipped them. About 20 in the group fled away from police. Soulja Boy was one of those who ran away. Police caught Way when he returned for his car which was parked near the house in Stockbridge, near Atlanta.

The group of people told police they were there to shoot a video. Another man was also arrested after he came back for his car. This man’s car was searched and police found a stack of 8 pieces of fake $100 counterfeit money
