Sonny Siaki, former WCW, TNA and WWE wrestler, has posted a very touching message to appeal for help. Sonny Siaki is going to donate one kidney to his brother, Bernard Siaki.

His doctor has informed him that he would no longer be able to wrestle when he is left with one kidney. Sonny Siaki wrote that his family will be aided in fund raising by the 1st church of the Nazarene in Wilmington, North Carolina.
