Sonny Landham, 67, used to act in pornographic films in the 1970s. He has joined the Libertarians in Kentucky. The Libertarians think Sonny Landham will win the minimum of 5000 votes to qualify for the ballot in November 2008.

Sonny Landham had also acted in tough, action movies with mega celebrities like Stallone. He had a past conviction for making obscene and threatening telephone calls to his ex-wife but an appeals court overthrew the conviction.

Sonny Landham said he regretted his past but can’t undo his mistakes.
