A off-duty cop got angry when his Hummer was pelted with snowballs on Saturday, Dec 19, at around 2:30 pm. At the intersection of the 14th and U Streets NW, Washington, there was a crowd who assembled to celebrate the snow storm. The revelers pelted passing vehicles with snowballs.

The cop, who said he was Detective Bailor/ Baylor/ Bayler, was angry he got pelted. He got out of his car and stood his ground. The spelling of his name was not given so nobody is sure how his name really spells. He showed he had a gun but pointed it down on the ground. Det. Bailor spoke to people in the crowd and challenged them to throw another snowball.
