Skylar Peak, 24, and Philip Hildebrand, 30, were charged with misdemeanor battery as they were accused of tossing a cameraman into the sea as he tried to take photographs of Matthew McConaughey as he was surfing.

Matthew McConaughey was not involved in the row. The whole incident was caught on tape but the police could not get cooperative witnesses.
