Skylar Deleon is also tried for the murder of John Jarvi. Skylar Deleon is accused of killing John Jarvi after Jarvi gave him $50,000. Skylar Deleon’s defense lawyer, Gary Pohlson, said that he will open his case to the jurors by telling them his client, Skylar Deleon, is guilty. Gary Pohlson said that he will contest any characterization of Skylar Deleon. Any characterization that Skylar Deleon was the sole planner of the murders of Tom Hawks, Jackie Hawks and John Jarvi will be contested. Pohlson said that his main aim was to save Skylar Deleon from the death penalty.

Ryan Hawks, is the son of parents, Tom Hawks and Jackie Hawks, who disappeared after taking Skylar Deleon out for a test cruise on their yacht. Tom Hawks and Jackie Hawks were never found. The trial of Skylar Deleon is now progressing. Ryan Hawks has delayed taking on a job until the trial is over. Ryan Hawks wants to attend the trial of Skylar Deleon and witness his sentencing.

Skylar Deleon, 29, was convicted of first degree murders of Jon Jarvi, Tom Hawks and Jackie Hawks. Skylar Deleon has been given the death penalty by a panel of jury. Tom Hawks and Jackie Hawks’ son, Ryan Hawks attended the hearings and said he was pleased with the jury’s recommendation of the death penalty for Skylar Deleon.

Skylar Deleon’s lawyer said that his client had hoped to be spared the death penalty. Deleon looked shocked after the jury’s verdict.

Skylar Deleon said he was guilty in the murders of Tom Hawks and Jackie Hawks. Deleon said he was sorry. Deleon has been convicted for the murders. In Oct 2008, the jury voted that Deleon should receive the death penalty. Deleon’s accomplice, Alonso Machain confessed and testified.Another accomplice, John Kennedy,was also implicated in the murders.
