Skye-Anne Smith claimed that she was violated when she was given alcohol at the Les Deux nightclub in Hollywood. Skye-Anne Smith is suing the owners of Les Deux nightclub.

Skye-Anne Smith is suing for negligence, assault, battery and sexual battery. Skye-Anne Smith asked for damages in excess of $5 million. Smith claimed that she was admitted without checking her identification, plied with alcohol and then raped.
