Sixto Rocabado Jr, 31, was arrested on suspicion of sharing sexual intimacy with a student,15. Rocabado was arrested on Wednesday, Feb 25,in Yuma, Arizona.

The student’s parents reported to Yuma County Sheriff’s Office that Rocabado wrote inappropriate messages on their daughter’s MySpace page. Rocabado was investigated and officers learned he was her school bus driver. Rocabado had sexual contact with the student, a minor, during the past several weeks.

Sixto Rocabado, 31,was arrested on suspicion of assault, sexual assault, custodial interference, kidnapping and sexual abuse. Rocabado is now jailed in Yuma County Jail, in lieu of a $239, 265 bond.
