Six Degrees Of Separation?

There are only six degrees of separation between us and everybody else on the planet. Everyone on earth is separated by only six other people. Education, class and race and the world are brought closer by the theory of six degrees of separation.

Do you think it takes 6 steps to link any two people on the planet? Will six steps be enough?
