Did Phil McGraw molest Shirley Dieu? Shirley Dieu claimed he did. Dieu filed a lawsuit against Dr Phil McGraw. Dieu claimed McGraw held her captive against her will and compelled her to look at a nude man to attempt to seduce her. Dieu claimed Dr McGraw molested her by grabbing her left boob.

Dieu said she wanted to leave Dr Phil’s office but his staff prevented her from doing so. Dieu said she believed Dr Phil McGraw is not licensed to practice in California.

Dieu filed her lawsuit against Dr McGraw on Oct 7. Dieu claimed McGraw abused her by giving her physical and emotional abuse. Dieu alleged this happened in 2007. Dieu is suing for unspecified damages.

Dr Phil McGraw has released a press statement via his representative. McGraw denied Shirley Rae Dieu’s claims as being false allegations. McGraw said Dieu was a willing participant in Dr Phil House. McGraw denied being alone with any of his House guests and his interactions with them were always taped. Guests were allowed to leave without restraints. McGraw acknowledged Dieu left when the producers called a car service to send her home.

Dieu filed a claim with the LAPD 9 months after the incident in 2007. The LA District Attorney investigated the claim but decided it would not be pursued. So Dieu has now filed her own civil lawsuit claim.
