Shiloh Drott, 21, was fatally shot on Friday, Nov. 14. Shiloh Drott was inside a Community Center, in Pacific, Washington. The shooter had an argument with someone and thought that the person involved was inside the community center. He fires some shots from outside and these penetrated to hit Shiloh Drott.

Police have arrested a suspected gunman and two suspects. All three will appear in court Monday, Nov. 17. The names were with-held but their ages were known to be 19, 19 and 22. Police suspected Shiloh Drott was mistakenly shot.
