1st degree murder along with 3 more counts of 1st degree attempted murder. These podunk redneck yokels are the kind of scum of the earth that our planet will be much better off without. They fly a confederate flag over their home and have a sign in their yard that say “trespassers will be shot and survivors will be reshot! Smile I will”. These fuckers are sick and both need to get the needle.

I think they should both be charged with murder. I think they should get the death penalty. I also think that riceroni is just as ignorant as they are. People have the right to fly any flag they want, as long as it belongs to this country, without being judged for it. People should have the right to protect their property and person. Shooting at a family that was just out to have some fun is just plain stupid and irresponsible, just like your comments. People like this are going to cause us to lose our gun rights.

I knew Texas had a law saying you could shoot trespassers. I wasn’t sure on the exact wording. glad to know they weren’t anywhere in their rights I think the tragedy would be even worse if the law couldn’t touch these nut bags.

I am all for protecting your property, have the right to carry arms, etc. Common sense would be ask first then shoot maybe, before you shoot off your shot gun into a FAMILY. Forget the needle, I say lets do it their style… shotgun wound to the head. My thoughts and prayer go out to the family of 7 year old Donald Coffey Jr. I know there is nothing that can describe the tragedy and grief you are going through. I hope justice will come swiftly to those responsible for your sons death.
