Sheila Grogan, 37, of Novi, was caught naked and engaged in sex with Kim Capello. Grogan and Capello were having sex on a sidewalk. Grogan has been charged and will attend court on June 1 for a pre-trial hearing.

Sheila Grogan and her sex partner Kim Capello, R-Novi, were charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure. Grogan and Capello allegedly committed the act on and he was charged on May 5. Capello pleaded guilty and will be sentenced on June 3.

Police found Grogan and Capello outside a condominium complex on April 18. Kim Capello is married and admitted he made a mistake. Capello said alcohol marred his judgment.
