Sheila Dixon, Baltimore Mayor, has been indicted on corruption charges. Dixon used gift cards for her own shopping. The cards were donated to City Hall for distribution to the needy families. Sheila Dixon was accused of accepting presents from her former boyfriend, a developer, Ron Lipscomb.
