Shanon Thomas is a contestant on the current season of “The Biggest Loser: Couples.” Thomas was arrested and charged with domestic violence on Dec. 16 2008. Thomas was accused of throwing a bag of flour on her tenant’s face.

Michael Nolden, 32, is Shanon Thomas’ tenant in her basement apartment, in Center Line, Michigan. Nolden claimed Thomas kicked open the door of his apartment and shouted to him something about the volume of his TV set.

NBC, the producers of “The Biggest Loser: Couples”, refused to comment on Shanon Thomas’ arrest or whether her arrest would affect her status on the show.
