November 16 – Where is Shaniya Davis? Davis was found dead in NC. Davis’ body was found in the woods.

Bradley Lockhart, the biological father of Shaniya Davis, said he let his daughter stay with her Mom after raising her for many years. Lockhart said he thought Antoinette Davis had a job an home and would be glad to have a relationship with her daughter.

November 16 – Antoinette Nicole Davis, the mother of Shaniya Davis, was arrested. Ms Davis was charged with human trafficking, child abuse with prostitution, filing a fake police report and related crimes.

Police did not elaborate on whether Ms Davis’ charges were related to the case of her allegedly missing daughter, Shaniya Davis.

Mario Andrette McNeill was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping Shaniya Davis. A hotel surveillance video showed a man looking like McNeill carrying a girl into a hotel room. McNeill admitted taking Shaniya but the girl’s whereabouts are unknown.

McNeill’s attorney said his client would be pleading not guilty to his kidnapping charge.

The charge against Clarence Coe was dropped when McNeill was arrested.

Where is Shaniya Davis? Shaniya Davis, 5, has been missing, since Tuesday, November 10. Davis’ personal items, or things suspected to have belonged to Davis, have been found discarded in a trash can. Davis’ blanket was found in a neighbor’s trash can.

It doesn’t look good now that Davis’ personal belongings may have been scattered. Investigators are still expressing hope Davis may be found alive.

Clarence Coe, of NC, is a suspect. Coe was arrested and charged with kidnapping. Coe is Shaniya Davis’ mother’s boyfriend. The mother is Antoinette Davis.

A witness saw Coe take Davis out of her trailer mobile home in the trailer park. Coe denied having anything to do with Davis’ disappearance. Coe has a criminal record. Coe was previously convicted for illegal entry, assault, larceny, robbery and other crimes.
