Richard Hernandez, 38, is missing and feared dead. Police have arrested a suspect, Seth Lawton Winder, who has been charged with capital murder. Hernandez’s digital camera was found in a garage in the home of Winder’s father. Hernandez had pornographic images of Winder.

Winder’s father, Rodney Winder, said he doubted Seth was gay. Winder said Seth had schizophrenia. Winder said he was helpless with his son because he was an adult who refused help for his condition.

Police found internal tissue from Hernandez’s body in the bath tub of his apartment.They suspect Hernandez’s body has been dismembered.
