If you live in Charlotte, North Carolina, Phoenix, St. Louis or Kansas City, you might meet a Secret Santa. This Secret Santa hands out $100 bills to strangers who look like they need a lift. The Secret Santa dispenses $100 notes with the condition that the receiver does an act of kindness for someone else.

The Secret Santa tradition was started by Larry Stewart who doled out his $100 bills for 26 years before he died of cancer in January, 2007. Stewart asked his friend to carry on the traditional charity of Secret Santa. There are details in the link on Secret Santa.
