Sean Fitzpatrick, Michele Zammitti, Michael Zammitti, Chester Roberts – tragedies
By Clarencia Cynrae on August 6th, 2008Sean Fitzpatrick is accused of shooting Michael Zammitti, Jr. on March 13, 2006. Zammitti’s wife, Michele Zammitti, told Sean Fitzpatrick that she was breaking off with him. Michele Zammitti wanted to stay with her husband.
Sean Fitzpatrick was charged with killing Michael Zammitti. Chester Roberts was killed to eliminate a witness to the killing of Michael Zammitti.
The jurors were transported to Wakefield (Massachusetts) to visit the scene of the crime.
Sean Fitzpatrick is a native of Freedom, NH.

Has anyone ever considered that the killer was after Chester roberts and Mike Z. was at the wrong place at the wrong time?

Second trial has gone to the jury on 2/9/09
And I can assure you from knowing the 2 murdered men that Chet Roberts would not harm a fly.

The jury found him guilty of 1st degree murder on both counts.
