Scott Ruffalo, the younger brother of Mark Ruffalo, was shot in the head in his condominium in Beverly Hills. Scott Ruffalo was shot on Mon. morning, Dec. 1. Scott Ruffalo is in a hospital in L.A. Ruffalo is in a critical condition.

Scott Ruffalo’s elder brother, Mark Ruffalo, is known as the actor in “13 going on 30.”

Scott Ruffalo, 39 is a hairdresser and has been a qualified Cosmetology license holder in California since 1991. Scott Ruffalo was a native of Kenosha, Wisconsin, before his family moved to San Diego. Scott Ruffalo is married. His wife, Luzelena Ruffalo has a daughter, Lucinda, making Scott a stepfather.

Police refused to name the person involved in the shooting. They have refused to release details.
