Allanah Benton-Wells, 42, will be charged on 2 counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13. These are felony charges that are punishable by up to the maximum sentence of life imprisonment. Allanah Benton-Wells was a former school teacher in Flint Williams Elementary, of Flint, Michigan.

Allanah Benton-Wells was accused of having sex with the 12 year old six grade student. Allanah Benton-Wells supposedly had sexual intimacy with him around October’s Halloween of 2007, on 2 separate occasions. Allanah Benton-Wells was supposed to be tutoring him at her home. Allanah Benton-Wells has denied the charges. The boy’s mother had intercepted a phone call between Allanah Benton-Wells and her son. She informed the school, who then informed the police.

Allanah Benton-Wells is a divorced mother of twin boys, who are 19 months old. Allanah Benton-Wells was placed on paid leave since Nov. 1 2007. The school fired Allanah Benton-Wells in early August 2008. The school boy’s classmate said that the boy told her that Allanah Benton-Wells had sex with him in an upstairs bedroom. Allanah Benton-Wells’ ex-husband said that once, he had come home to find the boy shirtless, seated on the couch. Another time, he found him and Allanah Benton-Wells at the couch and she was in her nightgown, without a bra. Allanah Benton-Wells and her husband were formally divorced in Jan. 2008. Allanah Benton-Wells had excellent track records before this incident.

Allanah Benton-Wells had said that she was never alone with the 12 year old boy as her ex husband or sons were always around. The twins are mere babies/ toddlers …
