SNL skit on Sen. Joe Biden and Rep. John Murtha. They talked to a rally in Johnstown, Pa. The reel Biden made a speech on Obama being tested by an International Crisis. The reel Murtha made a muddled speech about the locals in Pennsylvania. The more he tried to corect himself, the worse it got. That was the humor of it. “Biden” then makes a confident, pompous speech about the Russians and American policies.
