Sarah Tatum, 19, may have given birth to a live male baby. Tatum allegedly tried to kill her baby. Tatum is a student of the University of Arizona.

University law enforcement officers (UAPD) went to Arizona Sonora residence hall of the University of Arizona. Officers were responding to a call for medical assistance for Sarah Tatum.

Tatum and her baby were sent to hospital. Sarah Tatum was investigated. After Tatum’s discharge from hospital, she was arrested for trying to murder her baby and child abuse on the infant. Tatum was slapped with an attempted first degree murder charge. Tatum is currently in Pima County jail.

There are few details as the investigation on Sarah Tatum is ongoing.
