Sarah Reinfelder, 21, has 2 wombs. Reinfelder gave birth to twin baby girls. Reinfelder had carried one baby daughter in each womb.

Reinfelder was 7 weeks premature but delivered her babies via Caesarean section at the hospital in Upper Peninsula, Marquette, Michigan.

Reinfelder named her twins Kaylin Joy and Valerie Marie. Kaylin is the elder and was born at 3 pounds 15 ounces while Valerie was 4 pounds and 15 ounces. Sarah Reinfelder has uterus didelphys.

Reinfelder is married to Shane. They have a son, William, who is 10months old. Sarah Reinfelder and Shane moved to Marquette for 2 months to be nearer the hospital, in anticipation of the birth of her babies.
