During the final presidential debate, John Mccain referred to Sarah Palin and her knowledge on autism. While many know about Trig Palin and his Down Syndrome, few know about the Palin nephew, 13, who has autism. The story is here. Sarah Palin will raise the budget for special needs education such that it will be sufficient to pay for the special education and not rely on parents’ pockets.

John McCain tried to win and connect to voters from this minority group.
