Sarah Gliege and Kristy Mills were rape victims. Although there was no physical evidence, jurors decided that there was enough circumstantial evidence to convict Jeffrey Pelo to the rapes.

The women were able to identify Jeffrey Pelo from photographs and listening to his voice.

Judge Robert Freitag has sentenced Jeffrey Pelo to 440 years imprisonment for raping 4 women and stalking a fifth woman. Jeffrey Pelo is an ex police sergeant in Bloomington. Jeffrey Pelo was a policeman for 17 years.

Jeffrey Pelo’s wife, Rickilee Pelo believes that her husband is innocent. Jeffrey Pelo said he was innocent.
