Sadie Mitchell, 92, was killed by a bullet, in her home. On Tuesday evening, in the Bronx, Mitchell was suddenly hit by a bullet. She took a bullet to her back and fell on the floor.

Mitchell may have been hit by a stray bullet as there was a group of young people fighting on the street. Mitchell was able to call her neighbour on the phone to ask for help.

Mitchell was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
