Rumer Willis, sometimes miss-spelt as Rumor Willis, was a guest on the Late Show With David Letterman. Rumer wore a strapless, prom dress with a bubble skirt.

Rumer Willis had previous fashion disasters when she wore a thin dress or an over-sized dress with a gaping neckline. The pictures are here.

Rumer Willis is the eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.
