Rubina Ali, 9, the child actress in “Slumdog Millionaire”, has been offered for sale. Rubina Ali’s family is interested to sell her for adoption or a barter trade deal that involves money. Rubina Ali’s father and two uncles offered the girl to the reporters of News Of The World.

Rubina Ali’s father asked for 20 million rupees or £200,000. The reporter has rejected his offer.

Rubina Ali’s father claimed they received nothing from her acting in the movie. Rubina Ali acted as Latika in Slumdog Millionaire.

The movie’s producer, director and concerned staff have said they have paid money to the child stars.
